After that awesome experience, I finally made up my mind to go back to my RV provider and ask him what else was offered in the way of awning illumination for our RV. I told him I didn’t prefer any of the crap, themed-kind illumination — and I also told him the story about the missing globes. My dealer just smiled and said, “I am certain of what you are looking for.”
The light strips are also wonderful since they don’t show the overhang of power cords as the other classes do — and that usually means we don’t get twisted or trapped in them as we wander within them. Furthermore, if you withdraw your awning thoroughly, you can easily push your awning up with the lights within — overall disposing the necessity to take them off and keep them.
Thus, in terms of RV awning lights, I suppose I’ve learned significant lessons in the process: keep away from the low-cost stuff, don’t purchase something that can easily be taken away– and when your back’s up in opposition to it, don’t forget to confirm with your local retailer for a good choice.
